3.3 Tons of Unused Medicine Collected, Destroyed
More than three tons of unused medications will be destroyed, keeping them off the streets and out of waterways following a medicine collection at Miller Park on April 27, 2013, held in conjunction with the Drug Enforcement Administration's (DEA) National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day.
