New for Construction Bids
The Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District's Office of Procurement & Contract Management is pleased to announce that we are partnering with Quest Construction Data Network (QuestCDN.com) to provide construction bid documents that can be downloaded electronically. This system was chosen to increase efficiency and reduce cost to the District and contractors alike.
To be considered a Planholder for construction bids, a contractor must register on QuestCDN.com and purchase the digital project documents for downloading at a cost of $10.00. Registering as a Planholder is essential for any contractors that intend to bid as a prime, as well as potential subcontractors. Only Planholders receive updates of addendum and other project updates. However, any interested party may view all project documents at no cost prior to deciding to become a Planholder.
Feel free to contact us directly, or contact QuestCDN.com at 952-233-1632 or email@example.com , with any questions.
All vendors that wish to be notified electronically of formal procurement opportunities should register as a vendor with the District. Please use the following link to proceed with this process:https://mmsd.diversitycompliance.com/FrontEnd/StartVendor.asp
To assist vendors with the registration process, the District has posted a user guide,How to Create an Account and Register with the District, which can be found here: User Guide
Thank you for your interest in the District.
