On Friday November 4, 2011, MMSD held the annual Fish Fry Social. This event is an opportunity for Prime Contractors/ Proposers to meet Small, Women & Minority Owned Business Enterprise firms and discuss their expertise. Many city and District dignitaries were in attendance.
