The District, through its Workforce Development Training & Placement Program (WDTP), offers capacity building seminars to Small, Women, and Minority Businesses to those that currently perform or have the potential to perform work on District / City of Milwaukee capital projects. Additionally, the District offers project management training, pre-apprentice training, mentoring opportunities, and internships.
