HOW TO PAINT YOUR RAIN BARREL

1. Wipe down the barrel with a one-to-one mixture of vinegar and water.

2. Rough the surface of the barrel with a piece of fine grit sand paper.

3. Apply a coat of latex bonding primer

4. Paint your design with "exterior latex paint".

SK observed monarch butterflies emerge this fall and is studying insects this spring.

 

 
1st grade chose animals, reptiles, fish and insects found in the various layers of the Rainforest.

 

 
2nd grade studied the lifecycle of the frog and pond life.

 

 
3rd grade studied the Solar System.

 

 
4th grade chose to represent the plants and animals of the state of Wisconsin on their rain barrel.
